The Elune Silk Pro is an electric callus remover that runs at 2,000 RPM to gently buff away dry, rough, and cracked skin. It comes with two roller heads — fine and coarse — so you can start with the coarse head for thicker calluses and finish with the fine head for a smooth result. Most people see a visible difference after their first session.
Most customers notice smoother, softer skin after their very first use. For deeper calluses and cracked heels, full results typically appear within 2–4 sessions. We recommend using it once or twice a week for maintenance after that.
No — the Elune Silk Pro is designed to be completely painless. The rollers gently remove dead skin without any cutting, scraping, or friction. If you have very deep cracks or sensitive skin, start with the fine roller head and shorter sessions until your skin adjusts.
The coarse roller is for thick calluses and heavily cracked heels — it removes the top layer of buildup quickly. The fine roller is for finishing and maintenance — it leaves skin silky smooth. Start coarse, finish fine for the best result.
The Elune Silk Pro charges via the included USB cable. A full charge takes approximately 2 hours and provides up to 60 minutes of use. The LED indicator turns solid when fully charged.
Your Elune Silk Pro includes: the device, one coarse roller head, one fine roller head, a protective roller cover, a USB charging cable, a small cleaning brush, and an instruction booklet.
Yes. The Elune Silk Pro is designed to be gentle enough for sensitive skin. We recommend using the fine roller head for your first session and avoiding broken skin, open wounds, or irritated areas. If you have diabetes or circulatory conditions affecting your feet, consult your doctor before use.
For best results, use the Elune Silk Pro on dry feet. Dry skin files more effectively than wet or softened skin — you will see more skin removed and a smoother result. After your session, rinse your feet and apply a moisturizer.
Shipping & Delivery
Standard delivery takes 7–14 business days from the date your order is placed. You will receive a tracking email as soon as your order ships.
Yes. Shipping is completely free on all Elune orders — no minimum order required, no hidden fees at checkout.
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. If you have not received a tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order, check your spam folder or contact us at Tryelune@gmail.com.
Currently we ship to the United States. If you are outside the US and interested in ordering, contact us at Tryelune@gmail.com and we will do our best to accommodate you.
If your order has not arrived within 14 business days of your shipping confirmation, please email us at Tryelune@gmail.com with your order number and we will resolve it immediately — either by locating your shipment or sending a replacement at no charge.
Returns & Guarantee
We stand behind the Elune Silk Pro completely. If you are not satisfied within 100 days of receiving your order, just send it back for a full refund — no questions asked, no hoops to jump through.
Email us at Tryelune@gmail.com with your order number and the reason you would like to return. We will reply within 24 hours with return instructions. Once we receive your return, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. However, if you received a damaged or incorrect item, we will cover all return shipping costs and send you a replacement immediately.

Once your return is received and processed, your refund will appear on your original payment method within 5–7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email when the refund has been issued.
