Returns & Refund Policy
At Elune, we stand behind our product. If you don't see results, we don't want your money.
Returns We accept returns within 100 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:
- You must have used the product consistently as directed
- Proof of purchase is required
- A brief description of your experience is required

Include:
- Your order number
- Brief description of your experience
- Photos of the product (optional)
Once approved, we'll provide return instructions.
Refunds Once we receive and review your return request:
- You'll be notified of the approval status
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank.
Damaged or Incorrect Items If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We'll make it right — either with a replacement or full refund.
Exchanges We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please return your original order and place a new one.
Non-Returnable Items For hygiene and safety reasons, items that have been used beyond the 100-day window are not eligible for return.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
- Shipping fees are non-refundable
Cancellations Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this window, your order may already be processed and shipped.
